What methods of payment does American Fixture accept?
American Fixture accepts MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Please be advised that the appropriate state sales taxes will be added to your purchase.

What shipping methods does American Fixture offer?
Shipping: Orders are shipped the most economical way possible. Most orders will ship VIA FedEx. If you require special shipping methods, please let us know. Many items can be shipped from all over the country depending upon your location. Most items are shipped FOB from one of our warehouse locations within 24 hours. Shipping and delivery dates given by American Fixture are estimates only, based on factors in existence at the time such estimates are made. American Fixture will not be liable for damages due to the delay in, or the inability to complete, the manufacture and delivery of goods due to labor difficulties, weather, Acts of God, governmental acts or regulations, shipping delays, inability to obtain equipment or material from the sources of supply, or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of American Fixture. The customer will pay American Fixture reasonable storage and handling charges for any shipments that are delayed on account of the customer and will be responsible for initiating and processing all claims directly with the carrier. For all orders placed via the internet, shipping charges will be added to order before shipping of order. Residential Deliveries will have a delivery surcharge imposed by FedEx or the common carrier delivering to you.

Certain products can only be shipped viaCommon Carrier. Customer MUST advise American Fixture regarding any special delivery arrangements required. Common Carrier Trucks typically require dock high delivery points or are to curbside. Please advise at time of order if the following apply: Residential Delivery, lift gate required, inside delivery, special elevator restrictions, appointments for delivery scheduling, more than one person to unload, or any other circumstances that might affect your delivery. Additional charges may apply depending on your needs. Truck deliveries cannot be guaranteed for a specific date.

What is American Fixtures return policy?

CANCELLATIONS OR RETURNS
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed- Anytime a problem exists that is due to our error (for example the wrong product is shipped or there is a defect in the product) we will offer a replacement with no additional cost incurred to the customer. We allow 30 days from the time you receive your order to notify us of any problems or returns that may be needed. If the return is requested simply because there has been a change of mind we can offer a credit or exchange. The amount of the credit would be what you paid for the item minus the shipping. We do not refund shipping costs for returned merchandise unless the return is due to our error. Once the product is received by American Fixture the refund will be initiated. Store credit can be given which has no expiration date or a refund can be applied to the credit card that was used in the transaction. Please use our convenientReturn Request Formto obtain a return authorization number. American Fixture's requirement that any return must be in its original packaging and must be made no later than 30 days after American Fixture delivers the goods to the customer or the carrier, or mails the invoice, whichever first occurs or a 25% restocking fee may apply. Special ordered, or custom made items may not be returned and orders for the same may not be cancelled. We allow 30 days from the time you receive your order to notify us of any problems or returns that may be needed.

Does American Fixture ship internationally?

American Fixture ships internationally with FedEx international shipping. Purchase prices are in United States currency only. All tariffs, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of our customers.
